Privacy Notice

Personal-use software: AEXON JARVIS is a desktop assistant operated by Alexander Cruz on his own Windows computer. It is not a hosted service for public users. Google integrations are optional and work only after the account owner authorizes them.

Information JARVIS may access

When connected and asked to perform a task, JARVIS may access information covered by the Google permissions granted to it. Depending on enabled features, this can include Gmail message metadata and requested message contents; Google Calendar names and requested event details; and Drive file names, metadata, or supported document contents. JARVIS can also prepare certain user-requested email drafts, calendar changes, and edits to supported Google Docs or Sheets. The permissions granted and available features determine the actual access.

How information is used

Google information is used to answer the owner's request and provide the assistant's visible features. JARVIS does not operate as a public inbox, calendar, or file-sharing service. The public pages on this site do not contain the private JARVIS dashboard or Google account data.

Processing by AI services

When an AI feature is used, the relevant request and the Google content needed to answer it may be sent to the configured AI provider (currently Google Gemini) for processing and response generation. Do not use those features for information that should not be sent to that provider. The provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. Review Google's Privacy Policy and the applicable Gemini API terms for provider-side handling and retention.

Storage and security

Google authorization tokens are stored on the owner's Windows computer and protected using Windows account encryption. Google data retrieved for a task is processed by the running desktop application and configured AI feature. This site does not collect Google credentials or host the JARVIS dashboard. No claim is made here that temporary application data, operating-system logs, or AI-provider processing are retained for a particular duration; that depends on the local setup and provider policies.

Sharing

JARVIS does not sell Google account data. Information is shared with Google APIs to carry out requested Google actions, and with the configured AI provider when needed to answer an AI-assisted request, as described above. Any action that sends email or changes supported Google content requires the owner's desktop review and approval. Email delivery and calendar invitations then go to the recipients selected by the owner.

Choices and revocation

The owner may stop using an integration, revoke JARVIS's access in the Google Account's third-party connections settings, or remove the locally stored authorization. Revoking access can prevent the corresponding JARVIS features from working.

Children

AEXON JARVIS is a personal desktop project and is not directed to children under 13.
